GDM works and is committed to protecting the environment through a series of practices and initiatives that contribute to minimize the impact of our operations on the environment.
- Responsible use of resources: classify residues, reduce the use of plastics, use less electric energy, use recycled paper, environment awareness campaigns.
- Responsible use of phytosanitary products: training sessions on the use of agrochemicals, correct storage, signage, use of personal protection elements, disposal of products. Inspections to contractors who apply pesticides.
We work on strengthening the relationship with the communities where we are present through alliances with social organizations in our closest communities, thus contributing with local sustainable development.
People are fundamental for GDM. In #EvolutionGDM we implement actions to be able to listen to all the voices that are part of the company.
We are GDM: it is an awareness and training program to help team members represent the Company in different spaces.
GDM Listens: communication sessions to promote a culture open to dialogue wherewe share different important topics and initiatives of the Company.
