Buenos Aires, Argentina — December 2025 — GDM has achieved another major milestone in its path of exponential growth: the inauguration of its new Global Headquarters in Buenos Aires. The official opening ceremony, held on Tuesday, brought together CEO Ignacio Bartolomé, founder Gerardo Bartolomé, the Executive Committee, and more than 450 employees from all units across Argentina.

“This is a historic moment in the journey we have been following as GDM and symbolizes the growth we have experienced in recent years,” said Ignacio Bartolomé after the ribbon cutting. “These are necessary steps to grow and strive for more, without losing the family essence of the company and our established culture. This achievement is the result of the work of all our teams.”
Much more than a building, the new headquarters was designed to foster collaboration, support the company’s global expansion, and create the best conditions for talent development.
Located in the Lumina building in San Isidro, the new offices reflect a year of growth, integration, and continuous evolution. Today, GDM counts 4,800 employees worldwide, united by a common purpose and a shared vision for the future.
In a year marked by challenges, GDM strengthened its leadership in plant genetics through strategic acquisitions and consolidated its position as one of the global leaders in the sector. With a presence in the most relevant markets, the company continues to contribute directly to more productive and sustainable agriculture.
